What role will you play?

In this role you will lead our hospitality, food and guest experience services across Asia, working as part of a high performing regional team based in Hong Kong. You will oversee the quality of our catering, events and workplace activations while ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our people and visitors. You will collaborate closely with internal partners, senior leaders and suppliers to create a workplace environment that reflects our values and supports our community.

What you offer

    • Demonstrated experience in hospitality, catering or workplace experience roles
    • Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving skills with good attention to detail
    • Highly developed people and relationship skills, with experience leading teams or working with outsourced partners
    • Strong capability in managing catering services, vendor relationships and operational delivery
    • Proven experience in hospitality or workplace experience within corporate or food and beverage environments
    • Experience with soft services or facilities management within real estate roles is an advantage.
