Join our global Non-Financial Risk division who provide advice, valued input, and challenge across our Financial Management and People Enablement in our role as the independent voice of risk. In this role, you will aid staff in applying non-financial risk management best practices.

What role will you play?

This role will see you work with our Finance Division to aid finance staff in applying operational risk best practices, interpreting and applying Group and Divisional policies to business-as-usual activities, and timely escalation of operational risks, concerns, and issues to local and global stakeholders. You will review operational incidents to prevent recurrence and provide operational risk advice to key finance initiatives, ensuring that processes are designed effectively with sufficient and appropriate controls.

What you offer

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Financial Services with 3-5 years experience as an operational risk management or risk assurance expert, specializing across Finance functions, financial accounting, product control, or financial reporting
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills including experience working across global regions
• Ability to support strict governance requirements and challenge existing business practices
• Practical understanding of the implementation of risk and control frameworks to manage enterprise risks in highly regulated legal entities and across group structures
• Previous projects and/or change management experience and have worked in complex multi-faceted programs to tight deadlines.
