We have an exciting opportunity to join our global, collaborative, and dynamic team as an RPA Engineer. The position is based in Gurugram, India with shifting schedule as you will be working with various stakeholders from different regions on designing, building, and testing of applications.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, build, and test applications using Blue Prism and other programming languages. You will manage process scheduling and monitoring via the control room and utilize debugging skills and monitoring tools like Sumo and Apps to resolve issues efficiently. In addition, you will support and maintain applications including Prod Support and on-call activities. 

What you offer

• 9-12 years of expertise in Blue Prism and one programming language, certified in Blue Prism, with knowledge of PowerShell;
• Amenable to follow a shifting schedule:
  Standard schedule of 6:30 am – 3:30 pm IST, with 1 week WFH every 1.5-2 months, 9 am – 6 pm AEDT (3:30 am – 12:30 pm IST in winter, 4:30 am – 1:30 pm IST in summer) and on-call support for 1 week every 1.5-2 months;
• Proficient in SOAP and Rest APIs, and database management (SQL Server);
• Experience with DevOps, agile ecosystems, and advanced Blue Prism functions and knowledge on managing AWS Infra (EBS, EC2, EFS, Windows OS); and
• Understanding of Blue Prism Infrastructure, AWS pipeline, and monitoring tools like Sumologic/Dynatrace; BFSI domain knowledge.
