Join our Global Reward team in this diverse and challenging role where you will assist with the management of the profit share pool, preparation of various external remuneration-related disclosures and other remuneration governance reporting.

What role will you play?

You will work closely with our Financial Management Group on forecasting the profit share pool and understand the associated accounting impacts. You will be involved in the preparation of various remuneration disclosures relating to the Remuneration Report and CPS 511, as well as monitoring peer remuneration arrangements and consideration of market benchmarking. You will be the key contact to obtain financial data for Board Remuneration Committee papers and will prepare materials to support the Board’s engagement with investors and corporate governance bodies.

In addition, you will identify and develop solutions and provide advice and guidance using data analysis, modelling, and interpretation to improve the governance and efficiency of remuneration processes and reduce associated risks.

  • Strong ability and interest in numerical data
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decision making
  • Ability to work under pressure and to exacting timelines while maintaining high levels of attention to detail
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications which include Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel is preferred
  • A creative, solutions-focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high levels of client service
  • Chartered accountant qualification and/or prior experience of remuneration regulation within Financial Services will be highly advantageous
