What role will you play?

In this role, you will be part of a global team where your contributions will have impact. You will gain hands-on experience across various teams.

We have opportunities in:

People experience

Support Macquarie’s employees globally by assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll inquiries, and employee benefits. You will also collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries accurately and contribute to projects that enhance operational processes.

Risk management

Gain insights into managing non-financial risks by streamlining processes, enhancing reporting, and working on innovative solutions using tools like Power BI and SQL. This role offers the chance to develop technical skills, contribute to impactful projects, and learn from experienced leaders.

Business services

Explore procurement and supplier management by maintaining supplier databases and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement. This hands-on experience will give you exposure to various procurement functions and prepare you for a successful career.

What you offer

  • Currently in your penultimate or final year of study with a mandatory internship requirement as part of your curriculum

  • Students with background in managing financial markets, psychology, human resources, business administration, or other related degree program

  • A learning mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to execution and delivery

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Student leaders are welcome to apply and would be advantageous
