Our Marketing and Communications team within Macquarie Capital is dedicated to shaping how we connect with our clients, communities, and colleagues. Based in Sydney and working across the Asia-Pacific region, our team partners closely with colleagues in Graphics and Digital to deliver impactful communications and creative solutions that support our business objectives and foster engagement.

This is a 12-Month contract.

As a Marketing and Communications Senior Associate/ Executive, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, supporting both internal and external communications. You will collaborate with Marketing Managers and creative teams to deliver engaging content, digital and print collateral, staff engagement initiatives, and event support. Your work will help share our story, strengthen team collaboration, and drive positive outcomes for the business.

What you offer

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing and communications, preferably within financial or professional services and fast-paced environments
  • Versatile communication skills, including copywriting, creative brief development, and producing strategic content across digital and print channels
  • Strong relationship management abilities, with a collaborative and adaptable approach to teamwork
  • Highly organised, with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering consistent and effective results for the business.
