What role will you play?

You will be at the forefront of operating and enhancing our live, next-generation cloud-based Digital Contact Centre and will pioneer the integration of AI-driven solutions and innovations to transform the user experience and shape the future of the platform. Your team has end-to-end ownership of the systems you build, which includes learning about the business, building and maintaining high quality software in a DevOps manner, helping automate its testing and delivery, and, on occasion, providing production support for the broader team. 

What you offer

  • Hands-on experience with microservices using JavaScript and NodeJS  
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing using tools such as Playwright or Jest   
  • Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically 
  • Experience with any of the following is an advantage:- 
    • Python programming language
    • Cloud technologies, preferably AWS or GCP 
    • Twilio, Google CCAAS or Amazon Connect.
