Join our Equities Sales team and gain hands-on exposure to institutional client coverage across domestic and global markets. You will work alongside experienced sales professionals, support client engagement activities, and develop a strong understanding of Korea’s equity landscape and investor needs.

What role will you play?

By supporting senior sales teams across domestic institutional investors and global asset managers, you will learn how market insights are developed and communicated by assisting with daily market summaries, tracking news flow, and preparing client-facing materials, building a strong understanding of market dynamics and investor needs.

In a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will strengthen your foundation in equity markets by supporting company and sector research and observing how investment ideas and trade recommendations are formed. You will gain exposure to client meetings and corporate access activities, while building communication and coordination skills through supporting follow-ups, roadshows and overseas investor visits, including Korean–English interaction where required.

What you offer

  • Current undergraduate in their second or penultimate year, with the ability to commit to a 6-month full-time internship, ideally from June/July 2026
  • A strong interest in equity markets, with intellectual curiosity about market dynamics
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and information quickly with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Prior exposure to financial markets, research or client-facing roles is an advantage.
