What role will you play?

You will work in partnership with Macquarie Asset Management in the Americas to provide independent advice, oversight and challenge across the operational risk and control environment, for both their listed investments and private markets businesses. You will become a subject matter expert on both the Americas business and applicable operational risk policies and frameworks, providing an effective pivot between the two.

Salary range for this position: $118,000- $170,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• 5+ years of operational risk experience in an Asset Management environment
• Skill working in a matrix environment and balancing competing priorities
• Demonstrable ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships
• Good understanding of asset management products including Real Assets, Real Estate and/or Mutual Funds.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
