What role will you play?

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology experts to enhance the People & Culture’s Starters, Transfers, and Leavers (STL) platform on Pega. Leveraging emerging technology trends, you will deliver innovative, agile solutions tailored to client needs. Your contributions will drive enterprise-wide technology improvements and efficiency.

What you offer

  • 3+ years of hands-on Pega development experience, proficiency in Pega PRPC (version 8.8+), expertise in workflows/rules/UI design, Pega integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP), Java/SQL familiarity, and Pega CSSA certification
  • Deliver Pega changes to automate end-to-end business processes and integrate with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Pega out-of-the-box connectors
  • Analyze, design, and build complex integrations with external platforms to streamline data flows and ensure efficient automation
  • Promote development best practices using Pega Guardrails, uplift existing standards, and consult with senior stakeholders on platform improvements
  • Comfortable collaborating in an agile environment, working within multi-disciplinary squads to deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced settings
