Our Product & Delivery team within Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Delivery is responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across a diverse project portfolio. We provide governance, planning, reporting, and coordination support that enables teams to deliver meaningful outcomes, maintain strong oversight, and meet business objectives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

What role will you play?

As a PMO Analyst / Coordinator, you will support the effective governance, reporting, planning, and financial management of a portfolio of projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Delivery Leads, you will help maintain high-quality project data, coordinate delivery activities, and provide meaningful insights that support decision-making. Your contributions will ensure projects operate consistently, stakeholders receive accurate information, and teams are equipped to deliver outcomes efficiently and effectively.

  • Experience supporting project, programme, or portfolio delivery activities, with an understanding of governance, reporting, risk management, and project coordination practices
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate inputs from diverse stakeholders, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working with project management and collaboration tools, such as JIRA and Confluence, including maintaining data quality, producing reports, and supporting consistent ways of working
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends or issues, and contribute to portfolio planning, reporting, and financial tracking activities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear updates, collaborate across teams, and support reporting for senior management audiences
