In this role, you will handle the end-to-end processing of US payroll and regulatory reporting. Leveraging your exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and research skills, you will regularly solve problems, address employee queries, and identify opportunities to enhance our processes.

What role will you play?

You will process semi-monthly payroll for US employees and ensure that payroll data entry is accurate and completed on time. You will use your investigative skills to review and respond to queries from employees and other teams, as well as ensure adherence to payroll controls and policies. You will also build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, other internal Macquarie teams, and external vendors.
