What role will you play?

In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll, and various related services, to our employees across Australia and New Zealand. With your payroll expertise, you will provide accurate and timely monthly payroll processing. You will use your strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve employee queries and establish working relationships with key People & Culture stakeholders.

What you offer

  • Demonstrable in-house payroll expertise (1 - 5 years’ experience) in a similar role within a fast-paced, high performance environment
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines
  • Experience with HR, SAP and/or PeopleSoft preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical and organisational skills 
  • A focus on continuous process improvement. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse team across multiple locations
