What role will you play?

As HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of our Technology Division through the delivery of both strategic advisory and tactical execution of people initiatives and cyclical HR activities performance, talent management, and succession planning, with a focus on capability building, and attraction and retention. You will consult with the business to align HR strategies with business objectives and be instrumental in providing HR metrics and data to support key projects.

In this role, you will actively contribute to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment by partnering with leadership teams to drive relevant initiatives and programs. You will provide input into Group-wide programs, ensuring that divisional perspectives are well-represented. You will collaborate across the entire HR team including HR operations, Reward, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
This role presents a balanced opportunity to drive strategic outcomes whilst being deeply involved in the day-to-day delivery of HR Services.

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant area with a strong background as an HR professional working in a fast paced and high performing environment
  • Ability to take a data led approach and relate commercial and people insights to inform decision making
  • Excellent judgement combined with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of delivery, collaboration and influence and demonstrate resilience and expertise in managing change and building organisational capability
  • You are pragmatic, with a desire to act as a business enabler and have a proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse stakeholder group
