Join our People and Culture team in this exciting opportunity and work collaboratively with various teams and departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries and requests from Macquarie employees. With a passion for customer service and strong attention to detail, you will support the delivery of People and Culture services across the Americas by owning key coordination workflows end-to-end, maintaining strong governance, and driving accuracy and efficiency across time-sensitive processes.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will partner closely with the business, to manage priority pipelines, proactively identify risks and gaps in execution, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee and manager experience. In addition, you will support a broad range of People and Culture activities including leave administration and return-to-work coordination, exit processes and exit interview administration, maintaining trackers, dashboards, and audit trails, coordinate complex multi-stakeholder approvals, manage audit-ready trackers, and contribute to streamlining and continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes. You will serve as a point of contact for employee and manager queries (via email, phone, or chat), triage requests to the appropriate teams, and ensure timely, accurate resolution and documentation.

  • Ideally 3–5 years’ relevant experience in HR operations, coordination, or customer support within a fast-paced or professional services environment
  • Collaborative, team-based work style with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving mindset, and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues effectively
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with ability to maintain trackers and reporting required; experience with HRIS and case management tools (e.g., PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) is advantageous
  • Exposure to leave management, immigration or mobility coordination, and employee lifecycle processes is beneficial
