What role will you play?

In this role you will be at the centre of our Banking and Financial Services’ people and culture programmes, specialising in wage compliance and payroll management. You will manage and analyse large sets of data, using your skills to ensure accuracy, identify issues, and create clear reports.

What you offer

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation and merging data sets
  • Demonstrated experience in using data analytics tools including Power BI and HRIS platforms e.g. PeopleSoft.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately review, compare and consolidate large volumes of data
  • Experience in data management with an ability to identify discrepancies and resolve data issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce clear reporting and work with team members
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a similar role within HR or Payroll is desirable.
