What role will you play?

In this newly created role, you will lead Private Credit product development for the Client Solutions Group.

Working closely with investment, legal, operations and distribution teams, you will develop a rolling 3-year view and pipeline on product innovation, new investment strategies and product vehicles that can be launched, remodelled or optimised.

You will be responsible for identifying product opportunities and then developing, structuring and executing, ensuring relevant and scalable solutions are delivered and that our product range remains competitive and contemporary, taking into account relevant competitive product launches and evolving regulatory changes.

You will also take responsibility for delivering new Private Credit funds and separate accounts, coordinating investor negotiations of key legal documentation, and owning the New Product Approval process.

• 8+ years’ experience in product structuring and innovation / solutions roles and a proven history of successfully delivering Private Credit products that have raised meaningful capital and delivered compelling investment outcomes to clients
• Extensive product development and fund formation experience and deep knowledge across all aspects of Private Credit fund / vehicle types and investor preferences, and well-versed on tax, legal, operations and client considerations
• Excellent communication skills and versatility, the ability to maintain internal and external relationships, and the ability and credibility to influence senior management across the business
• A leader who is able to empower others and is comfortable both delegating and executing directly and proactively
• Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills, capable of driving initiatives and ensuring desired outcomes are met
• Ideally holding tertiary qualifications, with CFA charterholders preferred
