The Deposits & Payment Product team contributes greatly to a number of diverse and high priority initiatives within the rapidly growing deposits business. Our team is responsible for the operational excellence of a full range of deposit products, payment products and credit cards, as well as driving the product development agenda.

What role will you play?

This role sits at the centre of rapid growth, partnering with leading experts across banking, technology, design, and data, and supported by advanced AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise. As a Product Director/Manager, you will shape the digital banking experience by owning product financials and pricing, leading the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, and balancing operational excellence with innovation. You will champion customers and distribution, manage risk and regulatory obligations, respond to incidents and remediation, and oversee key vendor partnerships to deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in product management, preferably within banking, payments, or financial services.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • A highly analytical and commercial mindset, capable of translating complex financial data, forecasting metrics, and commercial levers into actionable product strategies.
  • A curious, forward-thinking approach with a strong commitment to continuous learning—including an eagerness to leverage modern AI tools (like Gemini Enterprise and Claude) to enhance productivity and ideation.
  • High levels of accountability and resilience, with a proven track record of managing initiative scope, owning business requirements, and driving complex projects from inception to successful implementation.
