- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience in product management, preferably within banking, payments, or financial services.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and align diverse teams around a shared vision.
- A highly analytical and commercial mindset, capable of translating complex financial data, forecasting metrics, and commercial levers into actionable product strategies.
- A curious, forward-thinking approach with a strong commitment to continuous learning—including an eagerness to leverage modern AI tools (like Gemini Enterprise and Claude) to enhance productivity and ideation.
- High levels of accountability and resilience, with a proven track record of managing initiative scope, owning business requirements, and driving complex projects from inception to successful implementation.
