We are a highly motivated team of financial risk project professionals, undertaking a multi-year digital and data transformation program for Credit Risk. The program’s goals are to implement a one-stop risk management system and operating model, empowering our Credit Risk function to effectively manage risk by delivering timely and dynamic insights for our stakeholders.

Both contract and permanent applications will be duly considered.

What role will you play?

You will lead and manage multiple workstreams, end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives. Collaborating closely with Product Leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, you will identify and prioritize project requirements, develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, timelines, budgets, and effectively manage program risks and dependencies. Serving as the Scrum Master/Delivery Manager for the squads, you will manage and facilitate agile ceremonies, promote continuous improvement and team empowerment, uphold adherence to Agile principles and Project and Delivery best practices and governance requirements. Additionally, you will coach and mentor the squad members on Agile methodologies, evolving Project and Delivery frameworks and tools for the organization.

What you offer

  • 10+ years of project experience in the financial services or banking industry
  • Proven experience delivering highly visible and complex projects, working in both traditional project management and Agile practices 
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices, with the ability to tailor and apply them effectively in different contexts 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and coach globally distributed, cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence) and JIRA tracking methodologies (e.g. JIRA reporting tools) are highly regarded.
