Join our leading global asset manager and growing team and become a key part of Macquarie’s Asset Management Client Solutions Group. Based in Sydney in the Product Development team you will work closely with the Global RFP team headquartered in the United States.

What role will you play?

You will play a crucial role in the business by coordinating, supporting and owning processes including completing Request for Proposals and Due Diligence Questionnaires for Macquarie Asset Management’s public markets. You will be working closely with both the local and global teams on process, firm, and strategy content to successfully complete requests. You will play a vital role in promoting stakeholder engagement and partner closely with subject matter stakeholders across the firm to update, write, and maintain certain strategy and firm language in our repository database. Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will also assist with identifying and achieving the teams’ goals and objectives while continuously looking for new ways to create operational efficiencies. This ensures that submissions are timely and meet all specifications, helping the business to effectively compete for and win new business, thereby driving growth and expanding the company's market presence

What you offer

  • 3+ years experience working in the asset management industry with a strong understanding of investment strategies across asset classes
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit to assist with building capability and processes
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with sales, client service and investment partners to devise solutions for the most complex client needs
  • Highly collaborative, organised and able to prioritise tasks.
