As part of the Macquarie Recruitment Team (via HudsonRPO), you will join an inspiring team working closely with our client stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of our broader global recruitment team. What role will you play?

Whilst this is an end-to-end recruitment role, you will deliver as a true partner to the business by providing advice and guidance on all things Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. You will have the opportunity to add value beyond the recruitment process, and work alongside the business to support their talent needs.

In this role, you will utilise your Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience and bring your expertise to source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the financial services industry. You will build credibility, thrive when given accountability and drive trust as you deliver in this role

• Client service ethic that is second to none and a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies.
• Proven experience and expertise in Recruitment, particularly in either banking operations, risk, or middle office recruitment recruited within or for large enterprise environments
• Highly organised and adaptable in a fast-paced complex environment that is constantly changing.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and recommendations
• Passionate about candidate experience
• Strong experience in leveraging market intelligence to identify top talent, anticipate industry trends, and inform recruitment strategies
