What role will you play?

As the Commodities and Global Markets Recruitment Team lead, you will oversee all end-to-end recruitment for Australia, and working closely with business aligned People and Culture teams, whilst also having the opportunity to act as the first escalation point for job family aligned recruitment queries. You will be responsible for executing the Commodities and Global Markets stakeholder management plan and manage a portfolio of front office and director level roles.
You will be viewed as a subject matter expert for all things recruitment and enjoy immersing yourself in your talent market, sharing market insights and data to support decision making. You will set the standard for end-to-end recruitment and will proactively engage our job family aligned recruiters to support process management, process check-ins, reviewing offer approvals, and supporting remuneration and reward queries to ensure service excellence for CGM.

What you offer

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly within a corporate or financial services environment. Experience recruiting (range of roles, including director level) in financial markets/front office is preferred.
  • Proven ability to execute stakeholder management plans and maintain strong operational relationships with various communities, such as P&C, hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Strong communication skills to maintain connectivity with recruiters and stakeholders, and to ensure consistent service delivery across all roles.
  • Proficiency in managing recruitment processes, including offer approvals, quality check-ins with hiring managers, and addressing remuneration and reward queries including complex terms.
  • Experience sharing real-time market insights and more comprehensive analysis of trends relevant to the global market’s recruitment landscape.
  • Experience in providing regular and ad hoc reporting on recruitment metrics and business reviews.
