Join our People and Culture team and play a key role in delivering Reward Operations, employee award programs and retention initiatives. This is a key role supporting the accurate and consistent execution of reward practices, working across data, policy and people to recognize performance, drive engagement, and support the attraction and retention of top talent.

What role will you play?

You will support the broader Global Reward team during the annual remuneration review process, including the administration of retention and share plans. You will be responsible for the independent review and audit of remuneration data, as well as the administration of service anniversary and other employee award programs.

Additionally, you will ensure a consistently high level of customer service is maintained while delivering reward-related activities and support.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and deliver tasks through to completion
  • Ability to identify, assess, and appropriately escalate risks within scope of responsibility
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously, with confidence to escalate issues clearly and concisely when required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power Apps.
