We have an exciting opportunity to join our collaborative and dynamic environment as a Salesforce Lead. Macquarie Asset Management (MAM) is a global asset manager, trusted to manage assets across public and private markets, including real assets, real estate, credit, and equities. With a strong focus on private markets and leveraging cutting-edge our team delivers innovative, scalable solutions to meet the evolving needs of institutional and wealth clients.
This is a great opportunity to join the growing Alternatives/Privates platform at Macquarie Asset Management. As a Salesforce Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving technology innovation and operational excellence across our private markets and public Investments businesses. You will work closely with our Digital business partners and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that enhance client experiences, streamline operations, and support the continued growth of our platform.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of our private markets and alternatives businesses.
- Drive the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives, leveraging deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), digital marketing platforms (e.g., Seismic), and related data and AI systems to create impactful business outcomes.
- Build, develop, and champion a strong engineering team with a focus on business alignment, collaboration, and delivering results as a cohesive unit.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic goals and translate them into technology-driven solutions that enhance scalability, efficiency, and client experiences.
- Lead and manage technical teams with a focus on mentoring, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to deliver business goals efficiently and effectively, ensuring alignment with broader organizational strategies.
- Integrate AI and data-driven insights into Salesforce workflows to improve decision-making and operational outcomes.
- Partner with client-aligned business organizations to enable client relationships, digital marketing, and self-service capabilities that enhance the overall client journey.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business priorities.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships, influencing partners to deliver capabilities that streamline business value and align with Macquarie’s goals.
- Utilize tools and frameworks to manage the team’s book of work, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient delivery of projects.
What you offer

- Proven experience as a Salesforce technology leader in the financial services or asset management industry with 8-10 years of Salesforce tech delivery experience with overall 15+ years of experience.
- A bachelor degree on computer science or MBA will be considered preferably.
- A deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and integration with other enterprise technologies LWC, Apex are must.
- Familiarity and curiosity on Finance - with experience in Privates/Alternative AM is a big plus.
- Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance Salesforce capabilities is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
- A track record of delivering scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Other supported tech skills in SQL, Python, Data engineering is a plus.
