We have an exciting opportunity to join our Change Management team supporting our asset management business. Our team drives transformation initiatives globally within the business using Agile methodology and collaborates with project leads on sprint planning, stakeholder management and resource allocation.

What role will you play?

As a Scrum Master, you will play a significant role in working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile processes and help deliver high-value projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You will support in tracking team progress through metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and other Agile performance indicators. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and knowledge within the business while contributing to key initiatives.

What you offer

• 7+ years of relevant experience with good understanding of the asset management industry with specific focus on private equity and mutual funds;
• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills to support the Scrum Team in adhering to Agile practices and principles, fostering a collaborative and self-organizing team environment;
• Excellent project management skills and able to help remove impediments and escalate issues to ensure that the team can achieve its goals;
• Superior stakeholder management skills to be able to work closely with product owners and various business stakeholders and ensure clear understanding of product vision, goals, and backlog prioritization;
