What role will you play?

In this role, you will conduct the annual FINRA regulatory inspection program for the Broker-dealer as well as execute regulatory assurance thematic reviews. Identify and analyze issues resulting from testing as well as escalate and document these findings via the appropriate process. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to enhance compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in response to evolving regulatory landscapes.

Salary range for the role: $90,000-$100,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

• Undergraduate degree along with 3-4 years of experience in the regulatory compliance and/or in an operational/process-driven role in the financial services industry.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Effective Stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of financial products and systems with previous experience working on regulatory assurance reviews, internal audit, or business operational risk management.
