Join our growing Compliance group as part of the Regulatory Assurance Team. This group provides assurance to senior management that the regulatory control framework is designed and operating effectively through a range of review and testing activities.

What role will you play?

You will assist the team in conducting the annual FINRA regulatory inspection program as well as execute regulatory assurance thematic reviews. Identify and analyze issues resulting from testing as well as escalate and document these findings via the appropriate process. Your role will also entail the maintenance of records of issues and actions resulting from these reviews. 

What you offer

  • An undergraduate degree along with at least 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance and/or in an operational/process-driven role in the financial services industry
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
  • An understanding of financial products and systems with previous experience working on regulatory assurance reviews.

In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. Our divisions include Compliance, Credit, Financial Crime Risk, Internal Audit, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Prudential Risk, and Risk Management Group Central.
