Join our Group Procurement team based in Manila and work within a global team reporting to the Manager of Payment Operations.

What role will you play?

You will take part in both accounts payable and invoice processing activities including invoice reviews and end-to-end payments for more than 30 Macquarie locations globally. You will gain experience on a wide range of Macquarie’s procurement platforms, including Coupa, Oracle Fusion and Service Now and get opportunities to participate in initiatives related to automation and optimisation opportunities as part of the ongoing digitalisation strategy. You will also be needed to support physical record storage of payment related documents for Philippines.

What you offer

• 2-4 years’ experience in accounts payable
• Familiarity with procurement systems such as Coupa, Oracle Fusion, etc
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good attention to detail.
