What role will you play?

  • Design, build, and maintain data products and analytics solutions that support major transformation programmes across Macquarie
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-quality data solutions
  • Manage and strengthen trusted stakeholder relationships across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance data processes, pipelines, and reporting capabilities
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture that prioritises quality, innovation, and shared outcomes
  • Support effective risk management practices within the data delivery lifecycle

What you offer

  • Any grad with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver outcomes that meet their needs
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with clear and concise communication
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python for data interpretation, transformation, and wrangling
  • Grasp of the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through to reporting and analytics
  • Experience with Claude Code would be highly regarded
