As a Senior Business Acceptance Testing Manager, you will lead business acceptance testing activities across a major Group Treasury transformation programme. You will ensure testing outcomes are aligned to business objectives, operational readiness and implementation confidence by planning and coordinating user acceptance testing, managing risks and issues, and providing clear recommendations to support decision-making. Working closely with stakeholders across the programme, you will drive testing execution, assess business impacts and help ensure successful delivery of change initiatives.

  • 10+ years’ experience in financial services, with significant experience in business acceptance testing, user acceptance testing, delivery assurance or programme delivery
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, including planning and coordinating testing activities, managing dependencies and driving outcomes across multiple workstreams
  • Strong understanding of user acceptance testing methodologies, including test strategy implementation, test planning, test case development, test data management and defect resolution
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, business stakeholders and subject matter experts, and clearly articulate risks, impacts and recommendations
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, improve processes, maintain high-quality documentation and support organisational readiness for change.
