What role will you play?

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support end-to-end analysis across a range of People and Culture transformation initiatives, including talent acquisition, reward, talent management, and operating model changes. You will help define problems, understand business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements, working closely with delivery, change, product, and technology partners. Alongside this, you will balance pace and structure across multiple workstreams to support outcomes-focused delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst, typically with more than five years working in transformation programmes or complex change environments
  • Proven ability to lead requirements activities from start to finish, including gathering, analysing, documenting, and tracking requirements, and translating business needs into practical solutions that consider technology and data impacts
  • Experience applying process analysis and business architecture approaches, including mapping current and future state processes, identifying capability gaps, and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards and operating model design
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from business teams to subject matter experts and technology partners
  • Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments, using work management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence to support alignment and delivery
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail, an outcomes-driven approach, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with confidence.
