We are seeking a senior leader to join the newly created Strategic Operational Transformation function where you will drive transformational operational change, optimize performance, and enhance our competitive advantage. What role will you play?

As a senior leader in the Strategic Operational Transformation function, you will be responsible for defining and driving the execution of key operational transformational strategies across multiple businesses and operating teams. You will provide thought leadership, identify opportunities for innovation, and lead initiatives that optimize our operating model and drive long-term value creation.

 
You will be responsible for establishing a strategic governance framework at the program level, ensuring alignment with Commodities and Global Markets overall strategic objectives, and providing executive decision support, transparency, and performance tracking against our strategic goals.

As a strategic and detail-oriented professional, you will lead executive reporting and stakeholder management for our transformation initiatives. Ensuring high-quality, data-driven insights in executive reports, providing clarity on progress and strategic positioning. Acting as the primary liaison between the Transformation Office and key stakeholders—including the COO, CFO, and business heads—you will facilitate structured change communications, ensuring alignment and understanding of strategic priorities across the organisation.

A Partnering with operations, risk, finance, and technology teams, you will drive risk awareness and ensure seamless execution of transformation projects and ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded as part of the strategic change.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategic transformation, and operational optimization within investment banking or markets-facing businesses, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and develop and execute effective transformation plans that algin with business objectives and drive sustainable results
  • Exceptional leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders, provide thought leadership, and drive change across a global organization
  • A passion for keeping up with market and technology developments, and an entrepreneurial drive to identify and realise opportunities
  • Proficiency in crafting and delivering executive-level presentations that are not only compelling but also easily digestible, facilitating well-informed decision-making among senior leaders
