You will be joining a small team of change experts passionate in advocating for seamless and intuitive technology experiences. The team work across multiple change initiatives across a variety of technology products and platforms. The team are responsible for developing and executing change strategies that deliver internal enterprise-wide technology change and transformation. The team work closely with project and technical teams, communications teams, and stakeholders of all levels.

What role will you play?

Within this role you will be comfortable delivering end-to-end change and an excellent communicator. It will be important for you to have had experience conducting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to evaluate the scope of change, business readiness, and potential risks. You develop and deliver change management plans and integrate them into project plans in collaboration with Project Managers across both agile and waterfall methodologies.

What you offer

  • Minimum of 6 years proven change and communications experience at a senior level, ideally managing enterprise-wide technology change projects across a global organisation.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and navigate ambiguous and complex organisational contexts.
  • Provide hands-on training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes across the organisation and technology support teams including project transition.
  • Provide executive reporting and CX data insights on change activities and effectiveness and incorporate feedback as you go.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, to audiences of varying seniority.
  • Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is desirable but not essential.
