What role will you play?

You will focus on designing, implementing and supporting data pipelines using a variety of in-house developed and vendor platforms. In collaboration with business analysts, data producers and consumers, you will deliver quality data solutions, streamline business processes and create impactful outcomes. Being part of a globally distributed team, you will work across time zones to provide support and ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will provide coaching and mentorship to junior engineers.

What you offer

  • 5+ years of experience with database platforms and SQL
  • Proven experience developing, debugging, and testing code
  • Experience transforming data between data models, or for reporting purposes
  • Experience analysing and interpreting data to identify patterns and trends
  • The ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively to both business and technical colleagues
  • A good understanding of data modelling, data structures, and/or design patterns, applying them to develop pragmatic solutions
  • Experience in the following technologies and tools would be highly valuable – a data transformation tool (e.g. Dataiku, Alteryx Designer), a data modelling tool (e.g. Erwin), Java and Python, AWS experience and/or certification.
