Lead the execution and delivery of enterprise-wide reporting enablement across Oracle Fusion, translating the defined reporting strategy into scalable, standardized, and high-quality reporting solutions. This role is accountable for implementing and operationalizing reporting capabilities across Fusion tools (OTBI, BIP, SmartView, Narrative Reporting, EDMCS, EPRCS), ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose, performant, and aligned to governance and control frameworks.

This role is responsible for leading the strategy, design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Fusion reporting solutions across the organization. The position drives the delivery of standardized, scalable, and high-performance reporting capabilities using tools such as OTBI, BIP, SmartView, Narrative Reporting/EPRCS, and EDMCS. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role partners with Finance, Regulatory, Tax, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions, while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and governance standards. Additionally, the role focuses on continuous improvement through automation, optimization of reporting processes, adoption of emerging capabilities such as AI-enabled reporting, and development of a high-performing team to support enterprise reporting objectives.

  • Strong 10+ years hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, SmartView, Narrative Reporting/EPRCS, and EDMCS.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end enterprise reporting solutions across Fusion platforms.
  • Deep understanding of reporting tool capabilities, limitations, and optimal use cases to drive effective solution design.
  • Strong knowledge of financial, management, statutory, and regulatory reporting processes within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Expertise in designing scalable, standardized, and reusable reporting frameworks and templates.
  • Ability to optimize reporting performance, improve efficiency, and reduce manual/spreadsheet-based processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in delivering large-scale Finance transformation and ERP reporting initiatives across global organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a focus on governance, automation, AI-enabled reporting, and continuous improvement.
