What role will you play?

Reporting to the Asia Head of Corporate Real Estate, you will take a strong and consistent approach to managing corporate real estate services, with a particular focus on project management, quality assurance, governance and risk management. You will oversee the preparation and execution of strategic project plans, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets and high-quality outcomes. Leading the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale real estate and workplace projects, you will ensure alignment with organisational priorities while maintaining compliance with operational risk obligations, workplace health and safety standards, and corporate policies.

A key aspect of the role involves building and maintaining business relationships at all levels to ensure services are fit for purpose and aligned with organisational goals. You will drive innovation by leveraging data-driven insights and embracing opportunities for transformation and process improvement. Additionally, you will set a clear strategic direction across your remit while remaining hands-on when necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

What you offer

  • A degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction or Project Management
  • Strong project management expertise, including the ability to develop, execute and monitor project plans
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and managing complex real estate or workplace projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Commercial awareness and expertise in budget management and financial planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience in contract management, quality assurance and compliance
  • Exceptional report writing and presentation skills.
