Join our Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Reporting team within the Risk Management Group, supporting a strategic program that aligns risk management strategy, reporting obligations and data/technology capabilities to enable effective decision-making and regulatory compliance across Macquarie.

What role will you play?

You will be responsible for leading a team and overseeing a portfolio of reporting and analytics deliverables, ensuring the provision of timely, accurate and insight-driven risk reporting to senior management and Board-level stakeholders. You will lead, develop and mentor a team of analysts, senior analysts and managers while owning the end-to-end delivery of NFR reporting outputs and managing reporting pipelines and prioritisation across business-as-usual and transformation activities. You will oversee the production of senior management and Board reporting, driving improvements in reporting quality through analytics and trend analysis, and ensuring alignment and consistency of metrics and narratives.

In addition, you will lead the development of dashboards and automation workflows, drive the adoption of technology platforms and analytical tooling, and partner with data teams to improve data lineage and quality. You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing effective challenge and advisory support, while also identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize reporting and driving automation and governance uplift initiatives.

What you offer

  • 7+ years’ experience in risk reporting, analytics, audit or financial services
  • Strong understanding of non-financial risk frameworks and control environments
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, team development and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
  • Experience in reporting transformation, including automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
