Join our Non-Financial Risk Reporting team in the Transformation and Operations division and take a pivotal role in delivering insightful, decision-focused risk reporting to senior stakeholders, including Macquarie’s Senior Management and Board.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager in the team, you will lead the preparation and review of risk reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance. You will champion transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and consistency in reporting across NFR divisions. You will oversee and guide the delivery of high-quality risk reporting for Macquarie's Board and Senior Management and manage and mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth. In addition, you will partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions, building strong networks across the Risk Management Group and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and contribute to strategic initiatives. 

What you offer

  • 7+ years’ experience in risk management, legal, banking, or financial services, with a strong understanding of the risk and regulatory landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, previous experience in risk reporting is highly regarded
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment and integrity while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
  • Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to interpret complex information and distill key insights for senior audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes at all levels
  • Adaptability and resilience, thriving in fast-paced environments and navigating change effectively.
