What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and refine regulatory reports and surveys for various banking authorities such as APRA, ABS, RBA, and ASIC. Your role will necessitate a deep understanding of the regulatory reporting framework and related documentation. You will collaborate closely with a range of internal stakeholders to enhance the current regulatory reporting mechanisms, focusing on automating reports, enhancing data analysis, and improving data accuracy and retrieval processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with the continuous interpretation, and execution of new or updated regulatory reporting standards. 

What you offer

• Professional qualification: CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent
• Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements and accounting requirements and standards (Australian Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards)  
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent prioritisation, influencing and relationship management skills
• Experience working with Agile development teams and Knowledge and a passion for data, reporting and analytics
