Play a key role in supporting the home loan lifecycle, our Variations team in Banking and Financial Services are a successful business with a strong and collaborative work culture.

What role will you play?

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee client and employee experience, performance levels and act as the central point of contact for internal escalations. You will play an important role in coaching and motivating high performance outcomes in line with service level agreements and business goals.

Alongside internal stakeholders and leadership, you will deliver process improvement initiatives through your industry knowledge and foster a customer-centric culture throughout. Using your strong risk mindset you will be instrumental in ensuring teams are closely adhering to processes designed to ensure regulatory, customer and community expectations are met.

  • Ability to lead high performing operational teams, with experience of managing leaders and team members
  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement, automation, and service efficiency initiatives
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Passionate about developing and uplifting team members, as well as fostering collaboration across multiple business units
  • An understanding of the home loan lifecycle (including variations) and credit policy is an advantage.
