This role within Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group will support the growth and distribution of our Alternative Investments to the US Wealth channel. The successful candidate will work closely with the external sales team to assist in expanding our presence on US distributor platforms.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our office location.

What role will you play?

In this role you will help secure platform approvals, maintain accurate CRM data and deliver seamless client service while supporting capital-raising efforts for our private-market funds. You’ll drive business development by researching the US Wealth channel, coordinating outreach to Enterprise RIAs, and preparing high-impact presentations, webinars and events that showcase our Real Assets, Green Investments and Credit capabilities. Working closely with global colleagues, you’ll blend sharp data analysis, proactive relationship management and strong communication skills to accelerate new opportunities and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Salary range for this position: $162,000 - $258,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.   • Capital-raising & relationship-management expertise: 10+ years’ success driving product approvals and asset growth in the US Wealth channel, holding Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses
  • Client-centric outreach and engagement: proven ability to lead campaigns with Enterprise RIAs, own meeting pipelines and tailor strategies that deepen partnerships and convert prospects
  • Data-driven business development: advanced research and analytical skills using tools such as Discovery, Dakota, Excel and other productivity platforms to surface, prioritise and act on new opportunities
  • Deep or rapidly attainable product knowledge in Alternatives—including Real Assets, Green Investments and Private Credit—with the confidence to craft compelling materials and present at client meetings, webinars and conferences
  • Collaborative, results-oriented leader: exceptional communication, and influencing and project-management skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
