As a Senior Operational Due Diligence Alternative Investment Analyst, you will lead comprehensive operational risk assessments on alternative investment managers and funds, including private equity, credit, hedge funds, and other asset classes. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across investment, legal, compliance, and risk management, while also engaging directly with general partners and third-party service providers to ensure robust operational frameworks.

Salary range for this position: $200,000 - $280,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operational due diligence, audit, risk, or operations within alternative investments, with a focus on private market strategies and hedge funds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced designations such as MBA, CPA, CA, CFA, or CAIA are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities, with a deep understanding of operational structures across various fund types and legal structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to challenge fund manager representations and produce clear, concise ODD reports.
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational due diligence.
