Join our Corporate Operations Group Digital team working aligned with Group Treasury team as a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI Designer) and work closely with the business and the engineering team in envisioning, designing, and implementing ways to improve and enhance workflow and processes.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will have a human-centred design focus and enthusiasm for interacting with our stakeholders to solve problems small and large. You will have the opportunity to drive change and apply all aspects of your design skills to solve workflow orchestration, automation flow and executive dashboard needs of the business.

You will conduct workshops to define user needs, create and test prototypes, develop detailed wireframes, user journey maps, personas, and high-fidelity visual designs. In addition, draft user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functionally robust.

Your knowledge of design systems will be crucial in creating a unified user experience and streamlining the design process. You will be working with a diverse team of transformation specialists who share these values. Together, you will work with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organisation and across multiple regions around the world.

What you offer

  • A strong track record in UX/UI design, evidenced by a comprehensive portfolio that showcases a range of projects and solutions
  • Mastery of design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and an understanding of the technical constraints and possibilities of web and mobile development
  • An ability to think strategically and act with initiative, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Exceptional ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centred design principles to diverse audiences
  • Experience in leading design teams and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives
