What role will you play?

As a Senior Product Manager in the Business Lending Product team, you will lead the ongoing management of the business lending product suite, including performing day-to-day product and interest rate operations, driving risk and remediation initiatives, and doing product feature analysis. You will represent the team on key strategic, compliance, and operational projects, including digital transformation initiatives.

Your role will involve partnering with internal stakeholders to optimise lending lifecycle processes, balancing risk and control uplift opportunities with improvements to the product, customer, and employee experience. Additionally, you will work closely with Legal and Non-Financial Risk teams to maintain robust control frameworks and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of strong controls.

  • 5+ years of experience in lending product or non-financial risk roles is valuable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and deliver effective solutions
  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to navigate data platforms such as Thoughtspot
  • A keen interest in technology and AI, with a focus on how they can create efficiencies
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, output-focused environment with strong attention to detail.
