What role will you play?

As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling AI‑enabled human identity access capabilities that redefine how access decisions are made across the organisation. You will work at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology to identify opportunities where advanced analytics and AI can unlock new insights, drive smarter outcomes, and improve stakeholder experience in managing human identity access risk end‑to‑end. You will operate in a fast‑paced, agile environment, you will lead learning‑driven delivery, balance experimentation with enterprise risk considerations, and partner closely with engineering, data, and business leaders to translate innovation into trusted, scalable platform solutions.

  • Strong outcome‑focused product mindset, with the ability to prioritise work based on value, risk, and evidence rather than scope alone.
  • Solid data and AI literacy, with experience contributing to data‑driven or AI‑enabled products and working effectively with engineering and data teams.
  • Experience applying hypothesis‑driven delivery, experimentation, and learning loops to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Strong appreciation of risk, governance, and ethical considerations, particularly in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Effective stakeholder communication and influence skills, with the ability to explain complex or uncertain outcomes clearly and credibly.
