What you’ll own and build
  • Drive system reliability and performance: You won't just respond to incidents; you'll build a resilient and self-healing platform. You will lead the charge in resolving production issues, conducting blameless post-mortems, and engineering long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Automate everything: You will relentlessly pursue the elimination of manual toil by designing and implementing automation for operational tasks, deployments, and infrastructure management. Your goal is to make our systems more efficient and reliable through code.
  • Engineer and maintain our cloud infrastructure: You will own the setup, configuration, and continuous improvement of our development, staging, and production environments. You'll use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure our environments are scalable, repeatable, and secure.
  • Champion a modern DevOps & SRE culture: You will be a key advocate for DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. You will evolve our CI/CD pipelines, enhance our observability stack (monitoring, logging, tracing), and mentor others on best practices.
  • Collaborate to deliver robust solutions: You will partner with software engineers, security specialists, and other cross-functional teams to embed reliability and security into the entire software development lifecycle. You'll ensure our documentation is clear, concise, and valuable.

  • A systematic problem-solver's mindset, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or GCP.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.
  • An understanding of modern application architecture, including RESTful APIs, API Gateways (APIGEE), and microservices frameworks (Spring Boot).
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn, with some exposure to Java 17+ and NoSQL databases (Graph DBs like Gremlin are a huge plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
