An exciting opportunity to join our Risk Management Group within the Central Projects and Change team. The team is responsible for governance of the Risk Management Group project portfolio and delivery of key risk and regulatory projects.

Our established program team solely focuses on delivering transformational change to manage and uplift the RMG Credit business. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of key deliverables aligned with business objectives, fostering teamwork and stakeholder communication.

You will emphasise planning, tracking, and delivery of program deliverables to ensure on-time delivery. You will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders across all divisions to deliver solutions that meet the program’s objectives. You will be required to develop and maintain high quality program artefacts and reporting and will be identifying, communicating, and managing risks, issues and dependencies for delivery and escalating as appropriate

What you offer

  • 10+ years project or program delivery experience in with proven experience in managing projects within institutional banking or financial services industry
  • Experience in managing large complex projects with significant new system build, new processes and migrating customers from legacy systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail and detailed project planning
  • Adept at handling multiple stakeholders and managing their expectations within different business environments
  • Strong leadership skills to drive and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • A risk management mindset, prioritisation skills, and decision-making ability to efficiently solve problems, manage dependencies and understand when/how to escalate
