Join our highly-rated Equity Research team in Mumbai and play a key role in expanding our market presence across Asia. As a Senior Research Associate Analyst focusing on the Financials sector, you’ll work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where your insights will drive impactful decisions.

What role will you play?

Working closely with a senior analyst, you will focus on updating and maintaining financial models, industry databases, interacting with channel partners to better understand on-ground situation, writing quarterly reports covering quarterly results (preview & review), sector updates and thematic reports. You are also responsible for generating new ideas, initiating coverage on new companies, as well as engaging with senior managements of the companies covered.

What you offer

  • Excellent academic background with a tertiary qualification in a quantitative, economics, finance or similar discipline
  • 2+ years’ relevant experience in fast-paced financial institutions such as sell-side/buy-side research or investment banking
  • Experience covering India Banks / Banking sector is an advantage
  • Strong quantitative skills and numerical literacy with a track record of working collaboratively across internal teams and engaging external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to build good relationships with large corporate clients and internal teams
  • A self-motivated, inquisitive and flexible lateral thinker with a can-do attitude, strong drive to succeed and willingness to learn.
