What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, shaping platform strategy and architecture across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with senior human resources and technology stakeholders to create secure, scalable solutions while setting engineering standards and embedding best practices across the team. You will also champion AI-driven capabilities and intelligent automation to simplify workflows, improve decision-making and create a more seamless and personalised employee experience.

What you offer

  • 7+ years’ of experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow (HRSD) solutions, with strong expertise in complex workflow design and exposure to AI-driven capabilities
  • Strong engineering skills with advanced knowledge of JavaScript and the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to define design patterns and guide development standards
  • Experience leading the design and delivery of complex integrations using REST and SOAP, aligned with enterprise architecture, security and data governance standards
  • Ability to influence technical direction, challenge existing approaches, and improve platform scalability, performance and long-term maintainability
  • A strategic and innovative mindset with experience using automation and artificial intelligence tools to improve engineering efficiency and employee experience.
